Too bad you don't smoke, since if you did you could quit.  Quitting
smoking solves heart problems and lung problems.

I hope you've got good insurance.  I have no insurance at all.  The
cheapest Obamacare policy would have cost me more than everything else
put together.  More than rent, food, clothing, books, transportation,
conventions, etc.  For a while I was afraid it would be mandatory, and
I'd have the choice between becoming homeless or going to prison for
the crime of being uninsured.

Fortunately, I'm in good health.  My only significant medical expense
in this century was getting a skin cancer removed from my forehead
this spring.  I paid out of pocket.  It cost less than a single
month's Obamacare premium would have.  And Obamacare wouldn't have
paid anything for it anyway, since it would have been less than the
deductible.
