Too bad you don't smoke, since if you did you could quit. Quitting smoking solves heart problems and lung problems. I hope you've got good insurance. I have no insurance at all. The cheapest Obamacare policy would have cost me more than everything else put together. More than rent, food, clothing, books, transportation, conventions, etc. For a while I was afraid it would be mandatory, and I'd have the choice between becoming homeless or going to prison for the crime of being uninsured. Fortunately, I'm in good health. My only significant medical expense in this century was getting a skin cancer removed from my forehead this spring. I paid out of pocket. It cost less than a single month's Obamacare premium would have. And Obamacare wouldn't have paid anything for it anyway, since it would have been less than the deductible.
