Thanks.  It was indeed deleted by my spam filter since it was from an
address I hadn't whitelisted (ewsfa+noreply at googlegroups.com rather
than ewsfa at googlegroups.com) and contained HTML codes.  I've added that
addess to my whitelist (now with 18708 entries).  Please resend.  Thanks.
