wtf. The utilities are still on? That's incredibly expensive.
Somebody must be using it as a tax loss.
I'm astounded that it hasn't been taken over by homeless people.

At tonight's (Zoom) PRSFS meeting, I learned that the Darkover/
Chessiecon hotel, last used for Chessiecon in November 2018, is
abandoned.=C2=A0 Nobody is there, but the doors are unlocked and the
utilitites are still on.

Apparently it's abandoned because of customer complaints and an
inability to sell the deteriorating property, and has nothing to
do with the current pandemic.
