What are the rules of the ewsfa list?  What is, and what is not,
allowed to be posted there?  Are the rules the same for past members
as they are for present members?  (There are lots of past members on
this list.)  If someone is blocked, will they be told, or will they be
left to try to figure it out on their own?  Who is in charge of the
ewsfa list, anyway?
