Understood, and obviously that is entirely up to him. I=E2=80=99d like =
to point out that =E2=80=9Crandomizing=E2=80=9D the date slightly is the =
sort of data anonymizing that the census does all the time for privacy =
protection. The software folks are the ones who want unnecessary levels =
of detail=E2=80=A6
