Apparently the ongoing Rofcon 2020 isn't really free, though it claims
to be.  I can't find any way to register without making a donation.
And I can't make a donation since I don't have a Paypal account or a
credit card.

I can connect to the Zoom URL for the meet-and-greet, but I missed
that event, as it conflicted with last night's PRSFS meeting, and
