I have fixed the list so that those annoying MIME droppings should
trouble us no longer.  Any instance of an equal sign followed by a 09,
a 20, or a 3D will be replaced with the appropriate character (tab,
space bar, and equal sign, respectively).  No other MIME characters
have appeared on this list, so I'll worry about them only if and when
they appear.

I'm leaving alone the equal signs on the end of a line, since those
can be legitimate.
