He's a very old ( as in 20 years, I think) WSFAn - the name's REAL
familliar, and I think he was at Capclave.  I'll double-check with A. as

heard of him?  Nobody by that name has been to a WSFA meeting in the
past six years.

He appears to be the same person as jtoth at acm.org, who posts in the
rec.arts.sf.fandom newsgroup, and lives in or near Richmond.
