So the hotel contract has been signed?

Even if the GoH remains "TBA" for a while, I'd like to get *something*
on the Capclave '02 web page.  It's averaging four hits per day.  At
this late date, I wouldn't be surprised if people who see that no new
information has been added since last summer are removing it from
their bookmarks files, figuring it's defunct.

I've run into several people who said they would have been at Capclave
'01 except that they didn't find out about it in time.  And we gave
nearly a year's notice on that one.

Is there any possibility that we'll have complete info on Capclave '03
*during* Capclave '02?  That would be the ideal.
