The website currently says:

   Capclave 2002

   From the Washington Science Fiction Association, the people who
   brought you Disclave.

   Capclave 2002. Dates, location, guest of honor, and other details to
   be announced. Possibly Columbus Day weekend or the following weekend.

   * Chair: Michael Nelson.
   * Programming: Samuel Lubell.
   * Webmaster: Keith Lynch.

It has said exactly this since November. It has said most of this
since last summer. I apologize for not mentioning that you are doing
facilities. Other than that, I saw no reason to update it until the
announcement that we had a hotel and a specific date. And when those
were announced at First Friday, you personally asked me NOT to update
it until the contract was signed. So I didn't.

I'm sorry if you feel that I've been "giving you grief". I have
posted two queries in the month since then asking if the contract
has been signed, and if there's anything I can do to help.

Sam Lubell just created a proposed Capclave '02 web page. It's at
http://www.wsfa.org/capc02/temp.htm. I made a copy of it without
the more egregious Microsoft cruft (which may break non-Microsoft
graphical browswers), and put the result at
http://www.wsfa.org/capc02/temp2.htm.

Someone, please look at both, with and without a Microsoft browser,
and tell me if you see any problems. Thanks.

I see that Sam also fails to mention that you're facilities, but he
does have you as "Home Secretary, Member Services, and Party Tzarina".

Unless I hear objections or hear of browser problems, I plan to make
http://www.wsfa.org/capc02/temp2.htm the main Capclave page late today
(Tuesday). I will also add "Facilities" to your job titles.

I will also double-check the hotel's street address and phone number.
