No. Domain names are always case insensitive, so scifi.com,
SciFi.com, Scifi.com, SCIFI.COM, and ScIfI.cOm have to all be the same
thing. Those are all the Sci-fi channel.

Sci-fi.com, however, is an unrelated online bookstore.

SF.com is a "Software Factory" with no relation to science fiction.

There is no sci fi.com since domain names can't contain spaces.

Not every domain name ends with .com. For instance we are wsfa.org,
while wsfa.com is a TV station in Alabama, and wsfa.net is "Wall
Street Financial Advisors, Inc." in (oddly enough) Illinois.

I am keithlynch.net, while keithlynch.com is a guitar player in
California, and there is no keithlynch.org (yet). (Is your name
taken?)

If you ever have a few hours you can find nothing better to do with,
you can just start trying sites at random. Does anyone have scifi.org
or scifi.net? What is at sciencefiction.com? What about fandom.com,
fandom.org, etc? fiawol? fijagh? sfcons? skiffy?

Com, org, and net aren't the only TLDs. There's also edu, gov, mil,
int, and several new ones including info, aero, and museum. And a two
letter suffix for every country, e.g. US and UK. There is a scifi.uk,
for instance.

Have fun exploring.
