After all, Lee *may* be using a Dvorak keyboard, on which those letters aren't adjacent. Wouldn't it be simpler to postulate that a quantum wormhole opened up on the Internet, briefly linking us to a parallel universe in which our first president was named George Eashington? And hence our organization was named the Eashington Science Fiction Association? Perhaps the reason why there are so many misunderstandings, hard feelings, and flame wars on the net is because people are posting from alternate realities. With all the quantum hardware comprising the net, it could happen. And it would explain so much. Many of the people posting to this list won't be at tonight's meeting. Obviously, they'll be at the ESFA meeting in the next universe over. Or perhaps at the QSFA meeting, in the next universe over in the opposite direction. No doubt they'll be folding flyers for Vapclave and Xapclave. -- Keith F.
