At last night's WSFA meeting Elspeth announced that she had an
announcement to make.  But that she couldn't make it until later
that night.  Once she made it, the reason for the mysterious delay
became clear.

I'm surprised she hasn't announced it here.  I will do so tomorrow
if she hasn't done so by then.
