The 2010 Worldcon is closer than the most recent Worldcons in Canada,
San Francisco, Florida, or Boston.  WSFA will be hosting our tenth
Capclave.  The new Wilson Bridge will have recently been finished.
Metro to Dulles will be almost done.  Bush's second term will have
ended the previous year.  The first total solar eclipse in this area
since 1970 will still be seven years away.  At the end of the year,
the new millennium will be one percent over.
