Would be nice, but tanstaafl.  I think we should pay for what we use.  I
think we should pay tolls for every road that we have and that we should
have a surtax of $15/gallon, and that the extra should go to our public
transportation.  It would encourage people to use public transportation,
and it would generate revenue for maintenance/expansion of public
transportation.
