Reminder: Please only quote enough of the message you're replying to
to establish context. If you're replying to a very recent message,
probably no quoting at all is necessary.

Someone just quoted ALL of a message which quoted ALL of another
message, which quoted ALL of yet another message, which quoted ALL of
yet ANOTHER message! The context was clear enough that NONE of these
messages needed to quote ANYTHING.

Please think of the reader. Will he or she really want to read
several nested messages? In reverse order? When they already just
read them? Several times each?

People have had to unsubscribe from this list due to volume. The sad
thing is that MOST of the volume consists of mindless unnecessary
quoting and re-quoting, not of original scintillating throughtful text.

Thank you for your consideration.
