The "From:" line must contain either the name of a WSFA member, an
email address which I know belongs to a WSFA member, or a domain name
which I know belongs to a WSFA member.

My list of "WSFA members" consists of everyone who has attended at
least three meetings since 1994, has been on Disclave or Capclave
staff since 1979, has been a WSFA officer since 1978, or has been a
Disclave or Capclave chairfan since 1950. (Each year is based on how
far back my records go.)

When the list gets an email message from someone who does not meet
these criteria, it's held for my approval. If I don't recognize the
name or address, and it's not obviously spam, I'll ask the list if
anyone knows who it is. I think this has happened maybe three times
in the past year.

By the way, that's not what "begs the question" means. See
