Lynch" <kfl at keithlynch.net> To: WSFA members <WSFAlist at keithlynch.net> Subject: [WSFA] Date confusion for Divine party Cc: Prather at netzero.net, chuck.devine at att.net, chuckdivine at earthlink.net Reply-To: WSFA members <WSFAlist at keithlynch.net> I removed the mention of Chuck Divine's Procrastinator's New Year's Eve party from our calendar of upcoming events (http://www.wsfa.org/calendar.htm) due to confusion over the date. I had it listed as being on the 9th (Sunday), as that's when the WSFA Journal lists it. But Rebecca just emailed me to say that the Mensa newsletter lists it as being on Saturday. I'm leaving the online WSFA Journal alone for now, since it's meant to be a reflection of the hardcopy Journal. Hopefully, Sam Lubell will see this in time to change or remove the mention of the party in that Journal, which is to be distributed at tonight's meeting, and may not have been printed yet. With such extremely short notice to WSFA, I doubt many WSFAns will show up in any case. I for one already made plans for both evenings. To get events listed on the web page, it's always better to email events to me directly rather than waiting for me to learn about them from the WSFA Journal, which only comes out once a month. Rebecca, I doubt that email to "chuck.devine at att.net" will work, since his name is spelled "Divine". -- Keith F. Lynch - kfl at keithlynch.net - http://keithlynch.net/ I always welcome replies to my e-mail, postings, and web pages, but unsolicited bulk e-mail (spam) is not acceptable. Please do not send me HTML, "rich text," or attachments, as all such email is discarded unread.
