In fact, the station in question, Rosslyn, has *two* sets of
restrooms. I have detailed schematics of that station. They're
26 years old, but the bathrooms probably haven't changed.

There are separate one-stall mens' and womens' rooms at ground level,
behind the escalator that goes *up* from ground level. The door into
them faces the street, and is to the right of that escalator as you
face it from the center of the station.

There are also separate one-stall mens' and womens' rooms on the
bottom platform level, just east of the end of the platform and to the
right, behind the "no trespassing" gate and the "equipment room" door.
That door leads to a hallway that extends the length of the station.
The restrooms are the first rooms off that hallway.

I've never actually seen that hallway, or been in those restrooms.
