Our hosting company and our registrar have been mentioned in the WSFA
Journal, and they can be found by anyone who knows how to use whois,
ping, and traceroute. But just in case, here they are again:

Domain name: WSFA.ORG

Hosting company: HOSTING.COM
1-800-772-6771
Our account number: 000020021000871
$19.99 per month, paid by volunteer WSFA members (see
http://www.wsfa.org/sponsors.htm)

Registrar: NETWIZARDS.COM
1-888-346-3894
Registrant ID: COCO-1408042
Domain ID: D3575797-CNO
$40 for two years, paid by WSFA, paid up through Jan. '05.

We're a "legacy customer" whom HOSTING.COM inherited from HARVARD.NET,
who inherited us from MAI.NET, which was a local firm that agreed to
host us for free six years ago. (I'm probably skipping a few steps.)

Since we're "legacy customer," the support people get very confused,
and are apt to forward me to another department, which forwards me
to yet another department, etc, until I end up back where I started
several hours (99% of which are spent on hold) later.

We're supposedly paying for shared Solaris Unix hosting with 50
megs of disk space, 4 Gb monthly data transfer, and several email
addresses. What we're actually getting is shared NT hosting with
an unknown but larger disk space allowance, and no email addresses.
(We average about 1 Gb in monthly data transfer.)

Sam Lubell is that person. He's the only other person who has the
current password, which is needed for uploading to the web site.

I don't want to need vacations that are longer than the website
can go without updating. But it's always possible that I will be
hospitalized or jailed for a long time. One never knows. Or I
could be killed, which tends to last for a very long time.

You didn't say whether you're staying in the Philippines, and if so
whether you'd like to hold on to a CD ROM of our website for us.
