8447 days ago today, on Saturday, May 24th, 1980, I attended my first
Disclave, at the "Hostility House" in Arlington.  It was my first ever
WSFA event.

I was 8447 days old that day.

In other words, I've now been involved with WSFA for exactly half
my life.

(Who will be the first to figure out my birthday from that?)

Note that Alexis has been *hosting* WSFA for just about half of his
(much longer) life.
