Correction:  The July/AUGUST WSFA Journal is available on the WSFA web
site at http://www.wsfa.org/journal/j03/78/
and on the WSFA mirror web site at
http://keithlynch.net/wsfa/journal/j03/78/

Since I had mistakenly labeled it the JULY issue, I had it at a
different URL.  Upon discovering at tonight's meeting that it was
actually July/AUGUST, I had to move it to keep our naming convention
consistent.  (Believe me, if I let it become inconsistent, it would
result in confusion later.)  Since I had announced a different URL,
I am making the announcement over again.  Doing so is cleaner than
adding a tiny "moved to..." web page at the old URL.

This is the same Journal I announced Thursday.  If you read it then,
no need to read it again.  Except for the title, there is no change.

This change means that we now have thirteen full years of WSFA
Journals online, September 1990 through August 2003.  Wade and I
continue to add one more back issue each weekend.
