After I heard this at the last meeting, I updated not just the main
Capclave page, but also the main WSFA page, with:

  The room block is NOT full, and does NOT close until the day before
  the con.  If a hotel employee claims otherwise, speak to the manager.

and

  Rooms are still available at the con rate.  Speak to a manager if
  the hotel claims otherwise.

Do we have proof that people were told this by the hotel?  If so,
could it be used to excuse us from a failure to meet the room block?
