The Capclave program is finally available, at the Capclave web site,
http://capclave.org/

It runs from 5 pm Friday until 5 pm Sunday.  (Note that free parking
is not available until 7 pm Friday.  But the hotel is a short walk
from the Silver Spring Metro.)
