A dozen elephants for a quarter is a great bargain. But only if you
want a dozen elephants, and only if you have a quarter.

Both numbers are nearly three orders of magnitude beyond what we need.
60 Gb would suffice to hold about 50,000 years of WSFA Journals, for
instance.

I'd want to know two other numbers: What proportion of the time are
they down, and what's their bandwidth like, i.e. how long does it take
for a large page to load during their busiest hours?
