Ok, the consensus seems to be for the first .PNG, so that's the
new graphic on the Capclave '04 web page (http://capclave.org/,
http://www.wsfa.org/capc04/, and http://keithlynch.net/wsfa/capc04/.)

Thanks to everyone who provided, or offered to provide, even more
versions of the graphic, but I don't think most people want to go
through multiple rounds of this.
