It's that time of year again. The trustees' slate is due in April,
for the annual elections in May. Anyone who wants to be an officer,
or wants to stop being one, or to change office, please speak up.

We already have someone who wants to be Capclave '06: Elspeth Kovar.
And someone who wants to be the new secretary and Journal editor: Me.
(Wade will assist me with graphics and printing.) Bob MacIntosh says
that Judy Kindell no longer wants to be president. Steve Smith is
willing to become the new vice president. Does Cathy Green want to
move from vice president to president? We also need one or two new
trustees, as Steve and I move on.

All else being equal, preference will be given to people who show up
at lots of meetings. My annual attendence report will be in the April
Journal.

At last night's meeting I also announced:

* Panix is willing to host us our website for *free*. I expect to
make the move this week. After which I'll set up at wsfa.org email
addresses for each interested member, for this list, and for various
roles (president at wsfa.org, treasurer at wsfa.org, etc.)

* Cathy Green found all but one of the missing 1988 and 1989 WSFA
Journals. I expect to have them online within a week. By the next
meeting, I expect the WSFA Journal online will be old enough to drink
(i.e. 21 years online). We're still missing the February 1989 issue.
We're not missing anything else newer than 1975.

* Hugo nominations are due Thursday. They have to arrive, not just be
postmarked, by then. All members of this year's Noreascon and all
members of last year's Torcon can nominate. You can nominate online,
  at http://noreascon.org/hugos/hugo_nomination.html
