You may recall that in the April 2001 WSFA Journal, I suggested WSFA raise money by product placement in the WSFA Journal. His idea is clearly in the same grand tradition. Now that the transition of our web site to Panix is mostly complete, I can finally reveal the *real* reason why I chose Panix: In S.M. Stirling's _Drakon_, it was how Gwen learned about our world, after killing and dismembering a Panix user. She intends to kill 90% of the world's population and enslave the remaining 10%, and is likely to succeed, but the only charge the police able to come up with is stealing Panix Internet services. Panix: The choice of evil trans-dimensional genetically engineered time travellers for over negative four hundred years! I wonder how much Panix paid him for the product placement? Just be glad AOL didn't outbid them. -- Keith F. Lynch - http://keithlynch.net/ Please see http://keithlynch.net/email.html before emailing me.
