Capclave 2006:  Elspeth Kovar

The election will be held at the Gillilands' on Friday, May 7th,
immediately after the regular meeting.  The room will be cleared of
non-members, the floor will be opened for nominations, and for each
contested position the members will fill out secret ballots.
