Subject: [WSFA] Ride to Balticon

At the meeting someone asked about getting a ride to Balticon. I
can't offer a ride, but I can offer advice on how to get there.

Take the Metro to the Greenbelt station, at the end of the Green line.
Then take the B30 bus to the BWI airport's light rail station. (Don't
get off at the airline terminal.) Then take the light rail to the
Lexington Market station. You'll be one block west of the con hotel.

The B30 bus runs every 40 minutes. (Metro and light rail run more
often.) It costs $1.15 if you get a free transfer when you enter
Metro, exact change required. See
http://www.wmata.com/metrobus/b30_brochure.cfm

Alternatively, you can take a MARC train from DC's Union Station, but
that's more expensive, runs less often, and leaves you much further
from the con hotel.
