Download the zipped file and unzip it with your favorite software. If your website has cgi capability, then edit the formmail script to point to perl on your website. If you don't know what I am talking about, that's OK; go to the page called "tell.html" in the folder you unzipped and delete it. If you do have cgi capability, then you might want to activate the form (tell.html) by editing it with your email address and pointing it to the formail script. If you want the pages to be effective, I suggest you change them all a bit to make them more search-engine friendly. For example, you may want to change the titles of the pages, meta-tags, etc. Again, if you do not understand this, that is OK. It is not crucial at all. By simply unzipping the files, and uploading them to your server, you will be helping others.Make sure to upload the same zip file you downloaded originally (global.zip) to the server too. This way others who visit your site can also download the global.zip file and mirror it elsewhere. So, take all of the files and folders in the unzipped directory and upload them to your website and then upload the originial global.zip file that you downloaded from this site.
